Esta puede ser tu próxima gran oportunidad Estamos en búsqueda de un / a ESHS Lead para sumarse a una compañía del sector energético con presencia internacional, comprometida con el desarrollo sostenible y la implementación de las mejores prácticas ambientales, sociales, de salud y seguridad en México. Acerca del desafío Serás responsable de implementar y monitorear el Sistema de Gestión Ambiental y Social (ESMS) de la compañía, alineado con estándares internacionales como los IFC Performance Standards, las EHS Guidelines y los requisitos de inversionistas internacionales. Coordinarás procesos de permisología ambiental y social en el país, velando por el cumplimiento de la legislación nacional y estatal, y acompañarás los proyectos desde su evaluación inicial hasta su operación. Liderarás procesos de due diligence ambiental y social para nuevos proyectos de energía renovable, identificando riesgos y proponiendo planes de mitigación efectivos. Realizarás visitas a campo para supervisar a contratistas (EPC) durante la construcción de plantas solares o eólicas, asegurando el cumplimiento de los planes de gestión ambiental y de salud y seguridad (H&S). Elaborarás reportes técnicos en español e inglés, darás seguimiento a indicadores de cumplimiento y entregarás soporte técnico a los equipos de proyecto. ¿Qué buscamos en ti? Formación académica Título universitario en áreas relacionadas con medio ambiente, sustentabilidad o salud y seguridad. Deseable posgrado o maestría en temas ambientales o sociales. Experiencia Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en áreas ESHS, preferentemente en proyectos energéticos o de infraestructura en México. Experiencia en due diligence, auditorías, cumplimiento normativo local y planes de acción. Supervisión en campo y trato con contratistas en fases constructivas. Conocimientos técnicos Dominio de normativa ambiental y social mexicana. Conocimiento práctico de estándares internacionales (IFC, EHS Guidelines). Manejo de ESMS, ESMP y planes de seguridad laboral. Inglés avanzado (oral y escrito). Habilidades clave Capacidad de análisis, gestión autónoma y planificación. Comunicación efectiva con equipos interdisciplinarios y actores externos.
