The role reports to the Global HR Director and will partner with business leaders to execute IDC’s core people initiatives.The HRBP/Manager will provide outstanding service to implement IDC HR initiatives for IDC's Latin America region, which includes Mexico, Brazil, Peru, Argentina, and Chile. El rol reporta al Director Global de Recursos Humanos y se asociará con los líderes internos para ejecutar las iniciativas centrales de personas de IDC.El HRBP/Gerente brindará un servicio sobresaliente para implementar las iniciativas de recursos humanos para la región de América Latina de IDC, que incluye México, Brasil, Perú, Argentina y Chile. El HRBP tendrá una persona como reporte directo.**Responsibilities**:- The HRBP/Manager will lead recruitment, compensation planning, employee relations, performance management, and organizational design and development- In this role, you will be an integral part of helping the global teams grow and be successful- El HRBP/Gerente liderará procesos de selección de personal, planificación de compensaciones, relaciones con los empleados, gestión del desempeño y el diseño y desarrollo organizacional- En este puesto, usted será una parte integral para ayudar a los equipos globales a crecer y tener éxitoQualifications:- 10+ years HR experience- Technically proficient with Office 365 and have experience using an ATS and associated HR databases; Ultimate Software (UKG) and iCIMS experience is a plus- Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English- This position is located at IDC’s office in Mexico City.
