**We’re looking for a Project Manager - E-commerce & Digital Campaigns**We’re searching for a **dynamic Project Manager** with a strong commercial background and experience in **e-commerce and digital campaigns**. Someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and who can lead projects that drive both **growth and performance** in fast-paced environments.This role blends **project planning, campaign management, creative collaboration, and performance analysis**, with a clear focus on scaling e-commerce initiatives and digital accounts from scratch.**What you’ll do** **Lead the execution and growth of e-commerce and digital campaign projects, ensuring both commercial results and audience impact.**- Design and implement campaign strategies in collaboration with marketing and creative teams.- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (sales, engagement, CTR, conversion rates, etc.) and translate them into actionable decisions.- Deliver projects on time with high-quality outcomes aligned with business goals.- Stay ahead of digital and e-commerce trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.- Support content and campaign copywriting, ensuring messaging is engaging, strategic, and aligned with objectives.- Develop performance reports and growth strategies to guide decision-making and optimize results.**What we’re looking for** **Advanced English proficiency.**- Experience in **e-commerce, digital marketing, startups, or agencies**, managing projects in high-growth environments.- Strong understanding of **digital campaign management, sales funnels, and online customer behavior**.- Ability to analyze metrics and convert them into strategic actions.- Basic proficiency with tools like Excel, Word, and campaign/content platforms (CapCut, Ads Manager, etc. is a plus).- Experience leading teams or working directly with content creators and marketers.- Strong copy sense and ability to review effective commercial storytelling.- Tik Tok experience is a plus.**If you are** **Organized and proactive, with strong attention to detail.**- Strategic and analytical, able to make data-driven decisions.- Results-driven, with a commercial mindset.- Creative problem-solver with excellent execution skills.- Great communicator and collaborator across teams.**What we offer** **On-site project in**Mexico City**.**- Competitive base service fee + performance-based incentives.- Meal service, English classes, and transportation bonus.- Minor medical expenses insurance.- Growth opportunities in a **dynamic and innovative environment**.Join us and turn this role into your new beginning—where strategy, creativity, and impact come together.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $20,000.00 - $30,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Ayuda o servicio de transporte- Seguro de gastos médicos- Servicio de comedorIdioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
