REQUIREMENTS:- Knowledge and ability to work with an ERP system- BaaN knowledge preferred- Technical and business understanding- Team work and orientation-- Work under pressure and meet deadlines- Flexibility in accomplishing tasks- Excellent oral and written communication- Advanced English and German language desirableACTIVITIES:- Manage the objectives and specifications created by the Board of Directors of Fronius International and the National Directorate in relation to COP and SCM- Create, manage and control the annual COP budget; Compliance with budget limits in agreement with the National Administration Team- Manage the organization and coordination of COP with the other areas of SCM, ensuring the flow of information- First and main point of contact for all COP issues for both internal and external contact- Audit of SCM processes in VSP Equipment, other Fronius locations and external logistics service- Support and advise Fronius Sales Teams in regards to forecasting and advising on best practices- Analyze and report key data and operational figures as necessary for the success of Fronius Mexico- Support for BaaN testing, creation of POP documentation and training manuals- Establishment and expansion of fields of specialization, as well as the organization and optimization of COP processes- Sales orders- Appropriations- Enter customers- Billing- Credit notes- Purchases linked to sales orders- Sales order reports (open orders)- Fairplay- BackOffice support with sales related issues- Topics with Edifact (internal tests and tests to the goverment portal; communication to Fronius International)- Permanent support of all related software tools including the identification of potential for improvement in coordination with the Experts International (e.g. shipping.net)- Planning, coordination and execution of Operations Supply Chain Process Audits in all national teams- Contribution in national and international COP projects following the Fronius International project management standards. If necessary, the Experts National can also be installed as project leaders- Leading role in experience exchange with Experts National COP of other subsidiaries (especially of the same time zone / area) for best practice, experience exchange, support, synergy effects in case of trainings, admin meetings, etc.- National user settings or system settings in limited scope- Taking over partially or fully the Expert National COP functions for additional subsidiaries or markets (e.g. for neighboring countries, economic zones or market expansions)
