This position will report direct to Country HR Manager with the following responsibilities:- Administer the NOV Shared Services benefit plans.- Responsible of talent acquisition, recruitment processes and employee onboarding.- Organize training & development initiatives.- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics.- Promote NOV policies and HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies related performance management.- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics.- Organize employee performance reviews.- Responsible to ensure the compliance related labor matters.- Maintain employee files and records.- Coordinate the internal communication, satisfaction surveys and NOM035.Desired Skills and Experience- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources.- Competence in various Human Resources functional areas; recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, and organizational development.- Knowledge of Federal labor law, STPS and IMSS regulations.- Demonstrates an important level of judgment and discretion.- Must possess a high sense of urgency, initiative, and common sense.- Great attention to detail.- Ability to work independently, prioritizing and organizing workload to meet deadlines.Required scholarship and certifications:- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, psychology or industrial relations.- Preference with experience in corporate environments.- Bilingual English Spanish, with the ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
