This person have to identify opportunity areas, solving problems, propose improvements and communicate with the operation area- He or She will have a thorough knowledge of the processes inherent to the responsibility of the position and will be oriented and focused on results.- The objective will be to ensure that quality monitoring are carried out in a productive manner to ensure the correct KYC process.Role Responsibilities:- Monitoring to the KYC process, offer feedback and advice- Maintain record of hours worked and personnel records- Propose improvements to the process- Ensure compliance with company and legal policies and procedures and report any deviation- Good communication skills- Make metrics and presentationsRole Qualifications:- 2+ years experience in KYC process- Bachelor degree, or truncated career- Critical thinking- Work as key contact with other areas- Comunication skills- Teamwork- Attention to detail- Experience in financial products- Knowledge in Office, google sheets, excel.- English basic to intermediateEEO Statement:- We create customer value - We strive to always create valuable experiences for our users in everything we do.
