_**Job Title **_**Accounting & Reporting Manager**- **Reports to **_ Delivery Manager- **The Role **_ A BPO GA Team Leader is responsible for leading a team to provide day to day General Accounting and period closing operations. Responsible for month end activities- **Responsibilities **_ Primary Duties:- Manage and supervise activities such as period end close entries: journal entries, intercompany accounting, ledger reconciliations- Prepare various month end reports for management review- Overview monthly/quarterly/ yearly book closure activities such as bank reconciliations, Ledger reconciliations, outstanding liabilities etc.Secondary Duties:- Identify probable hindrances to achieving SLA compliance and inform the manager in advance- SLA compliance- Drive Improvement Opportunities- **Qualifications and **_**Essential**:- Bilingual - Spanish and English (Oral and Written) - MUST- **Required Skills**_- Accounting / Commerce / Finance/ Business Administration Graduate /Postgraduate- Certified Public Accountant is an added an added advantage- 8 years of experience in the similar process in relevant industry- Ability to manage a team of 8-12 associates along with independent delivery- Technical Expertise of general accounting processes as per the applicable GAAP- Working knowledge of various ERPs’**Desired**:- Good analytical and communication skills- High energy, self-motivation with a high degree of accountability- Good Oral and written communications skills in English.- Knowledge of various tools used in general accounting process**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Guadalajara, Jal.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)
