-Job descriptionEl puesto de ingeniería de operaciones es responsable de dar soporte al suministro de soluciones operativas y de resolver problemas, incidencias e interrupciones de suministro. Este puesto es responsable de la continuidad de la infraestructura de ingeniería para garantizar la eficiencia operativa de las soluciones para un producto o servicio de Technology.Este puesto se encargará de llevar a cabo todas o algunas de las siguientes actividades:- Garantizar la estabilidad operativa, la integridad y la disponibilidad de los productos y servicios a los que el equipo proporcione soporte.- Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas de gestión de servicio correspondientes y la presencia de datos de alta calidad en los sistemas de gestión de servicios del registro, así como el cumplimiento de todas las normas y controles adicionales en aquellos casos que proceda.- Dar soporte en la identificación y resolución de todas las incidencias asociadas al servicio de TI según se haya establecido por parte de la dirección del equipo de desarrollo de operaciones.- Garantizar el cumplimiento de la capacidad de recuperación de los servicios, la sostenibilidad del servicio y los objetivos de tiempo de recuperación para todas las soluciones de software suministradas.- Suministrar los cambios de ingeniería a la infraestructura tomando como objetivo principal la experiência de cliente o usuario.- Desarrollar y aplicar cambios en la infraestructura capaces de satisfacer los requisitos de carga anticipada, rendimiento, disponibilidad, seguridad y resistencia.- Suministrar cambios de infraestructura centrados en la automatización del proceso de generación, pruebas y procesos en todos los entornos para minimizar la variación y garantizar la alta calidad futura del código y de los datos.- Impulsar los níveles de automatización, integración continua y de alta disponibilidad mediante tareas de supervisión y mantenimiento del sistema.- Establecer un entorno digital y automatizar los procesos para minimizar la variación y garantizar la alta calidad futura del código y de los datos.- Mantenerse al día y desarrollar conocimientos de nível experto en las herramientas, tecnologías y áreas relevantes actuales, como pueden ser la ciberseguridad, y sobre las normativas de aspectos como la privacidad de datos, el consentimiento, la residencia de datos y otros temas relacionados.RequirementsAt HSBC we offer our colleagues a greater number of leave days so that they can fully enjoy their wedding, take care of the new member of the family, or grieve the loss of a family member.
