Sound interesting?**Then come and join our global team** as **Head Legal MAM****Your tasks and responsibilities**:- Decides budgets and resource allocation for assigned legal department and related legal engagements.- Qualifies external legal firms and proposes for a general cooperation on a global or regional base.- Promotes legal policies and interest, and represents Siemens Legal internally and externally (i.e. in Industry associations, etc.).- May hold Corporate Secretary position; attends BOD meetings.- May participate or assist in the development and implementation of corporate wide policies and strategies.- Counsels as a trusted advisor for all legal matters for Executives and Senior Management partners.- Leads an assigned legal organization, including Lead and Senior Counsels or Specialists.- Ensures effective legal knowledge sharing in trainings, and provides the respective infrastructure and frames.**Your qualifications and experience**:Deep professional know-how and experience in one or more Sub Job Family. Transfers and applies know-how to/in various contexts. Solid professional judgment and problem solving competence. Improves existing processes and approaches. Proactively shares knowledge within own team (incl. virtual & matrix team). Impact on results in own area.
