The Role As an Associate Director in Business Unit Finance, you will lead financial operations for a major client unit. This role is pivotal in driving financial planning, managing risk, and ensuring optimal capital structure to support business growth.Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of financial analysts and contractor controllers. Drive financial planning, forecasting, and P&L management. Oversee cost control, revenue assurance, and investment strategies. Analyze liabilities and investments to mitigate financial risks. Collaborate with senior leadership and peer leaders to align financial goals with business objectives. Required Technical And Professional Expertise: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. 10+ years of progressive financial management experience. Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and negotiation capabilities. Proven ability to lead high‑performing teams and influence stakeholders.
