**Position**: Personal Assistant - Office**Location**: Colonia Condesa, CDMX**Employment Type**: Full-time / Part-time**Schedule**: To be discused.We are looking for a highly organized, reliable, and proactive **Personal Assistant for the Office** to provide direct administrative and operational support. This role requires strong time management skills, discretion, and excellent communication abilities.**Responsibilities**:- Organize and maintain physical and digital documents- Follow up on tasks and support daily office operations- Provide direct administrative support to management- Prepare basic reports and perform data entry- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and reminders**Requirements**:- High school diploma required (technical degree or some college preferred)- Previous experience as a personal or administrative assistant (preferred)- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail- Strong written and verbal communication skills- **English level C1 (desirable)****We Offer**:- Competitive salary- Professional and collaborative work environment- Growth and development opportunities**How to Apply**:Pay: $9,294.06 - $18,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
