**GRUPO NIDEC SOLICITA PARA KINETEK DE MEXICO **Planta Apodaca**:Trade Compliance Supervisor (Jr. position)**This position is responsible to act as Import & Export Supervisor ensuring that all import& export and trade compliance activities are met and that are properly covered, documented and implemented. Trade Compliance importations and exportations must be followed according to company policies using the prescribed methods. The Import Export Supervisor must partner with operating departments like Security, HR, Engineering and Maintenance, Materials, Logistics and Finance to ensure that appropriate controls exist over all the operations of business Unit.**Qualifications**:- Minimum of 3 years of experience in import/export, international transportation, logistics or related compliance arena.- Experience in the maquiladora industry- Bachelor´s degree in Trade Compliance, accounting, or related field.- Fully Bilingual (English Spanish) is optional- Knowledge of the US and Mexican Custom regulations, Import -Export areas and Tax laws areas.- Ability to interpret government regulations and translate into strategic impact on company goals- Must be comfortable working across a broad range of functional areas and provide cross training as needed- Ability to think critically and have strong project/program management skills- Ability to conduct training and present to large groups a must- Expert auditing and evaluating of internal controls requirements for Customs Operation- Ability to do teamwork as an individual contributor to make the team meet their objectives- Experience with VASTERA, PRISMA, or other Inventory Control system, is required- Intermediate Microsoft Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) or another database expertise- Ability to effectively communicate orally and in written word to all levels of corporate management, functional staff, line level employees.- Knowledge Mexico Trade Systems, e.g., Vastera or Prisma- Knowledge in Annex 24 & 31 IMMEX**We offer**- Career oportunity- Benefits above the law- Competitive salaryEstamos ubicados en: Privada la Silla 150 Parque Industrial Kronos Apodaca, Nuevo León.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 10 horasPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Cuál fue tu salario en tu ultimo empleo?- ¿Cuánto deseas percibir?Idioma:- Inglés Avanzado Conversacional (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
