Interested in being part of our team?**Join us on our journey for a better tomorrow.****Ingeniero de Soporte Técnico****Misión**:Brindar apoyo al área de operaciones y servicios de ventas en la resolución de problemas técnicos precisos, coordinación de capacitación técnica para ingenieros de servicio certificados (según el alcance de su responsabilidad), contribuir a la rentabilidad del negocio de Atlas Copco Power Technique, apoyando técnicamente a PTS. equipos y clientes para incrementar las ventas de repuestos y servicios.**En esta posición tu estás a cargo de**:- Proporcionar a los clientes soporte técnico para sus equipos Atlas Copco para la División Power Technique.- Apoyar a BLM y al Coordinador de Servicios con la gestión del trabajo en progreso de los ingenieros de servicio.- Proporcionar soporte en sitio y remoto a ingenieros de servicio para canales directos e indirectos de ventas.- Elaboración e impartición de entrenamientos a los servicios técnicos internos y externos.- Proporcionar un nível de atención al cliente de primera clase a nuestros clientes.- Realizar trabajos de proyectos especiales según sea necesario.- Asistir a formación anual sobre productos en nuestras fábricas.- Tramitar la reclamaciones de garantías, en caso de ser necesario justificarlas técnicamente.- Preparar capacitación in situ para técnicos de servicio para distribuidores y Atlas Copco.- Administrar el Boletín de Servicio- Mantener comunicación directa con cada técnico de servicio para resolver problemas de alta complejidad.Apegarse a los estándares de seguridad y calidad implementados en la compañía.**Formación Académica**:Ingeniería Electrónica, Eléctrónica y Automatización, o afín.**Conocimientos & experiência requerida**:Sólido conocimiento técnico de compresores, generadores y/o torres de iluminación.Experiência en atención con clientes finales.Inglés avanzado.**Diverse by nature and inclusive by choice**Bright ideas come from all of us.
