We’re looking to rapidly grow our team with values-driven, diverse, caring professionals to help us.**About The Role**The field operations scheduling specialist is a key member of Electrik Pro's success and helps across our operational organization. This role requires a high degree of flexibility and a data-driven approach to operations. This team member is the key stakeholder responsible for owning and coordinating all cross-functional aspects of ongoing projects.**What You'll Do**- Understand expected start and end dates for every project and coordinate our team to meet these timelines- Ensure scheduling requests are expertly processed and verified- Appropriately plan jobs based on technician expertise and duration- Work directly with technician supervisors to receive and provide updates on jobs occurring- Report to supervisor process improvement initiatives by taking a solution-focused approach.**What You'll Need**- Ability to independently problem solve and propose solutions in order to ensure data is clearly input and understood- Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback in order to improve their own skills- Strong verbal and written communication (English), and technical fluency- Extreme attention to detail and ability to navigate and collect data, and in line with policies and procedures- Comfort working in a startup environment and being part of creating processes and workflows, as well as assisting in any changes as the business scales- **Willing to work full-time remotely**The above job description is meant to describe the general nature and level of work being performed; it is not intended to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, and skills required for the position.
