**Responsibilities**:- **Product and posture alignment**: collaborate with internal teams and develop a deep understanding of Level Access products and the organizational security and privacy program and maintain this understanding as these areas evolve.- **Questionnaires**:fill out customer security questionnaires that come through from Sales, Renewals or other sources.- **Customer service**: provide timely response to new requests for information and steadfastly follow all requests through to timely completion, collaborating with others to source information where vital.- **Record keeping**: use existing company tools and processes and ensure we keep records and an audit trail of all responses.- **Ad hoc support**: provide other technical compliance writing to support internal and external teams as requested.**Qualifications**:- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Technical Writing, or a related field, with validated experience in information technology writing.- Approach dedicated to the customer, with the ability to balance speed and accuracy to meet demand, while exercising good judgement to advance when vital.- Excellent written communication skills, paying attention to detail and demonstrating a strong command of English grammar and punctuation.- Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with both technical and business collaborators to capture information and requirements.- Ability to collaborate optimally with peers.- Good management of time with the ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously and an eye for prioritization.- Approach to knowledge management with curiosity and passion for seeking answers in ambiguous environments and bringing order to chaos.- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.**Desired, but not required**:- Understanding of cybersecurity and privacy concepts.- Understanding of web accessibility.**Application Process**:Level Access is committed to workforce diversity.
