Join us in shaping a future where business growth and personal fulfilment go hand in hand.Reporting to the Production director, we’re looking for a senior hands-on producer to provide video post production experience in our growing creative & experience production team. You will work as part of a global team and manage localisation/adaptation video projects across a variety of clients. Ensuring the seamless delivery of projects that meet our clients’ ambition, production values and commercial targets.**Key Responsibilities**- Work closely with our Post Production Director and other producers within Jellyfish to develop and embed best practice across the team.- Work closely with account management teams to ensure projects are delivered seamlessly, on brief, on time and on budget.- Support in developing and maintaining the current post production processes- Share your experience/knowledge to develop the skills of the wider team.- Embed a commercially minded culture and support the team to maximize all commercial opportunities.- Reflect the agency’s values and culture at all times.- Develop client relationships and actively support retention and development**Qualifications**- +6 years of experience in production experience across multiple platforms- Spanish and English proficiency.- Excellent knowledge of broadcast/post production workflows.- Experience/knowledge of business affairs/TV admin.- Proven ability to provide excellent client service.- Ability to prioritise effectively across a number of projects, managing time and resources according to each production's requirements.- Ability to work under pressure calmly and effectively, and to tight deadlines- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills- Methodical, proactive self-starter with an eye for detail.- Knowledge of Adobe Suite - Premiere / Photoshop/ After Effects etc- Knowledge of TV formats, codecs and audio standards.- Industry relationships / Talent black book.**Additional Information**Join Jellyfish and experience a workplace where we prioritise your growth, celebrate your contributions, and empower you to tailor your work environment to suit your needs.Reward: You'll receive a loyalty salary increase on your Jellyfish anniversary in addition to joining our discretionary annual bonus scheme.Custom Work Environment: Work remotely for up to 60% of your days and shape your day between 8am. and 6:30pm with flexible working hours.Growth, Your Way: Grow your career with one paid day each month for self-development and access to LinkedIn Learning** **with unlimited online courses.Health Insurance: We provide a private health insurance policy that includes visual and dental plan coverage.#LI-Hybrid
