Are you in?**Your Role**Key responsibilities in your new roleAs an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting day-to-day human resources operations within a centralized HR Service Center. This role is designed for students who are eager to learn about HR processes, employee support, and administrative coordination in a professional environment.You will work closely with HR team members to support employees and internal stakeholders, while developing a solid understanding of HR policies, systems, and service-oriented processes.- **Digital HR Records**: Learn to support the digitization of physical employee files into a digital HR platform, contributing to more efficient and sustainable HR processes- **Employee Support**:Learn to provide direct support to employees, HR teams and company management as part of a centralized HR function- **HR Policy Support**:Learn to receive and respond to requests related to HR policies and programs using available resources- **Request Routing**: Learn to appropriately route employee requests to the correct HR stakeholders when additional information is required- **HR Inquiries Handling**:Learn to respond to HR-related inquiries using online resources and telephone support under guidance- **HR Documentation**:Learn to process paper and electronic forms related to human resources activities- **HR Systems Support**:Learn to input and maintain employee personal data in HR information systems and document activities as required- **Administrative Support**:Learn to perform administrative tasks supporting daily operations within the HR Service Center**Your Profile**Qualifications and skills to help you succeed- **Education**:Actively pursuing the final semesters of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field- **Communication Skills**:Good written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with team members and internal stakeholders- **Organization Skills**:Ability to support multiple tasks while learning prioritization and time management in a dynamic environment- **Problem Solving Mindset**: Curiosity and motivation to identify challenges and suggest improvement ideas under supervision- **Interpersonal Skills**:Ability to collaborate in a team environment and build positive working relationships- **Adaptability**:Openness to adapt to changing priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment- **Languages**:English proficiency required for daily communication- **Interest in HR**:Genuine interest in human resources and a strong desire to learn and grow within the HR field**#WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.**As a global leader in semiconductor solutions in power systems and IoT, Infineon enables game-changing solutions for green and efficient energy, clean and safe mobility, as well as smart and secure IoT.
