We expect our Team to become our ultimate partners to success by always giving their 110% in everything, sharing their talents and quirks, and championing our core values: Curious, Dynamic, and Authentic.**WHAT WILL YOU DO**:- Manage day-to-day conversations with clients directly on all post-purchase processes, including scheduling trips, feedback requests, and move-out coordination.- Work with accounting to ensure payments are up to date in a timely manner.- Work with sales operations to ensure contracts are correct and addendums are sent in a timely manner- Be the voice of the client- help guide them into making decisions that benefit them and the company alike, and route clients to the proper departments in a timely manner, while ensuring their issues are resolved.- Become an expert in our service selection to help customers pick the service best suited for their needs and schedule.- Communicate commonly asked questions, concerns, and customer feedback, which are used by the Customer Success team to drive product improvements- Keep CRM and internal database up to date with detailed notes- Understand the capacity of our fleet by market, and schedule accordingly- Coordinate projects and maintain client expectations by working closely with our Sales, Design, Design ops, logistics, and Inside Sales teams.**Requirements**:**WHAT WE’LL LIKE ABOUT YOU**:**YOU ARE**- Curious and authentic, just like us #beboldr- An analytical and critical thinker, with an eye for even the most minute of details- Passionate about client satisfaction.- Excellent communication and writing skills, along with problem-solving skills.- Get your hands dirty and provide feedback based on customer communications.- Have a friendly tone, and are organized to help bring a project over the finish line in a detail-oriented manner.- Ability to multitask, and prioritize high-priority projects and requests.**YOU HAVE**- Bachelor's degree in any field you are passionate about- 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar role.- Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies.- Ability to comprehend and interpret competitor strategies and consumer behavior.- Knowledge of Customer relationship management (CRM).- Solid organizational skills and detail-oriented.- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.- A creative mind with superb written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to simplify complex information into a user-friendly format.- Proficient in Microsoft Office**Benefits**- Law Benefits- Private Health Insurance- Paid Time Off- Training- Life insurance- Mental Health Support- Learning and Development Programs
