DiDi strives to create better life experiences and greater social value, by building a safe, inclusive and sustainable transportation and local services ecosystem for cities of the future.LI-HybridTeam Overview:Role Responsibilities:- Developing reporting solutions, including the collection, modeling, presentation, and automation of relevant data to support decision-making for Credit Card Risk Operations teams.- Designing, calculating, and reporting performance indicators, including calculating analysts' performance bonuses, for Credit Card Risk Operations teams.- Interpreting data and analyzing results using statistical techniques.- Identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets.- Collaborating with management to prioritize information and address business needs.- Locating and defining new opportunities for process improvement.Role Qualifications:- A Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Actuarial Sciences, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.- Proven working experience of 1+ years as a Data/BI Analyst, preferably in the Banking, Finance, or Fintech industries.- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and automation (e.g., VBA).- Intermediate to advanced SQL skills (mandatory).- Intermediate English proficiency.- Experience in building data analysis or data reports by creating dashboards.- Proficiency in data interpretation and exploration.- Critical thinking.- Strong analytical skills.EEO Statement:- We create customer value - We strive to always create valuable experiences for our users in everything we do.
