With more than 30 brands, 11,000+ employees globally and products sold in 130 countries, we specialize in security around the doorway and beyond.- El enganche de los equipos de produccion, customer care y los equipos de soporte de almacenes, control de produccion y embarques.- La seguridad industrial del piso de produccion, servicios generales y embarques.- Las entregas a tiempo al cliente final.- la ejecucion del programa de produccion eficientemente y en una atmosfera adecuada de control interno.- La calidad final del producto.- El apego a los estandares y procesos.- La eficiencia total de la planta.- La mejora contínua de los procesos de producción y manejo de materiales.- El desarrollo integral de los lideres de su equipo tanto en conocimientos, habilidades y comportamientos y su enganche con las estrategias de acción.- La mejora de los procesos tendiente a reducir lead time, incrementar níveles de servicio, mejorar la calidad, la eficiencia y reducir los costos.- Ejecución del plan financieroTareas- Reportar cierre de mes real y proyectado (EOM)- Revision de eficiencia- Plan de mejora semanal para Produccion, Ingeniería, Mantenimiento, Control de Produccion, Almacenes y Embarques,- Revision de parametros de enganche incluídos ausentismo y rotación.- Revisión del estado del servicio y aplicar contramedidas y correcion de causa raiz como sea necesario.- Revisión de absorción y proyección.- Revisión de calidad de producto, procesos y proveedores.- Ajustar ritmo de Revenue y absorción de acuerdo a pronóstico del mes.- Revisar integridad de transacciones en el piso de producción- Revisar cumplimiento de procedimientos e instrucciones de trabajo de las áreas de su competencia.- Plan de mejora de Operaciones.- Desarrollar y ejecutar un plan de engache en conjunto con su equipo.- Monitorear ejecucion de TPM para Equipos y herramientas.- Revisión del plan de transformación- Participar en la creación del plan de capacitación técnico del sitio.- Crear plan de capacidad a largo plazo- Diseñar junto al Gerente de Planta y el Staff de la planta la ruta tecnológica del sitio.- Revision de cumplimiento de metas de AOP y Forecast.- Uno a uno con supervisores y front line leaders.- Administrar efectivamente el MDI de volúmen de producción.- Gemba / layer audit efectivos de procesos a su cargo documentados adcuadamente.- Ejecutar reuniones uno a uno y skip level como sea necesario.- Revisar proyeccion de gastos contra forecast.Experiência mínima Requerida:- 7 años Posición Similar en Operaciones, Producción y/o Planta- Bilingüe- Licenciatura en ingeniería o AdministraciónWe Celebrate Who We Arecontact our Talent Acquisition Team.© Allegion plc, 2020 | Block D, Iveagh Court, Harcourt Road, Dublin 2, Co.
