It is our focus on quality and growth that makes us an employer of choice and helps us maintain our culture of excellence.**Position Overview**Adheres to **Plenimex** values and all safety, environmental and quality requirements, including but not limited to: quality management systems (QMS), safety, environmental and safety management systems, company operating policies and procedures, and regulatory requirements.**What you'll do**- Ensures product and process quality by designing test methods; test the capabilities of the process and the finished product; Establish standards and confirm manufacturing processes.- Ensure that production KPIs are met and communicated at different levels. Establish improvement actions where necessary.- Responsible for the execution of new product introductions and product transfers.- Effectively and efficiently manage the production of the daily/weekly/monthly objectives required according to the client's specifications.- Directs the manufacturing function within gross margin, quality, and production targets to meet profitability, customer requirements, and quality standards.- Identify opportunities for operational improvement within the organization. Implement continuous improvement, based on lean manufacturing principles. Identify efficiencies.
