**Location**: San Pedro, Garza Garcia, Presencial.**Job Type**: Full-time**What You Will Do**:Under general direction and in compliance with corporate and divisional policies, you will lead financial control and accounting activities to ensure accurate and timely preparation, analysis, and communication of key financial data. You will provide strategic advice to support decision-making, cost reduction, and profitability improvement across multiple manufacturing plants.**Responsibilities**:- Analyze monthly financial results and validate key finance metrics.- Support the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and financial outlooks.- Work closely with engineering and procurement on annual standard cost roll and monthly PPV reporting and analysis.- Review and monitor cycle count processes and physical inventories, analyzing variances and implementing corrective actions.- Partner with the shared services center to ensure timely balance sheet reconciliations.- Assist in preparing and reviewing financial justifications (CARs) for capital projects, tracking spending, and evaluating cost impact against budget and forecasts.- Ensure payroll controls and labor cost analysis are in place.- Maintain SOX compliance and reporting requirements for all plants.- Analyze plant operating costs in detail and collaborate with plant leaders to develop actions to increase profitability.- Support continuous improvement initiatives within plant operations.- Conduct special studies and analyses as requested by plant or division management.**What We Are Looking For**:- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.- 5-10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent experience.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; OneStream knowledge is a plus.- Strong knowledge of internal controls and US GAAP accounting.**What We Offer**:- Career growth and development in a leading company.- Dynamic and challenging work environment.- Competitive compensation and benefits beyond legal requirements.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $37,000.00 - $45,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Vales de despensaTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernesLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
