Job Summary
- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an _
- IT Project Manager_
- located in _
- Guadalajara, North Campus_
- Reporting to IT Project Management, the IT Project Manager will be responsible for planning and coordinating all aspects of internal information system-specific projects from initiation to delivery. Projects often involve network, server or software implementation and upgrades, PC deployment, etc._

What a typical day looks like:

- _ Coordinates projects of varying degrees of complexity from design and development to production._
- _ Defines resources (and resource allocation) and schedule for implementation._
- _ Create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning._
- _ Performs feasibility and needs/impact assessments._
- _ Plan and schedule project deliverables, goals, milestones._
- _ Efficiently identifies and solves project issues._
- _ Monitors project progress, timelines and budget constraints to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery._
- _ Assess causes of problems and provide technical support and direction to project team to resolve issues._
- _ Create and maintain technical and project documentation._
- _ Conduct presentations of technical information._
- _ Interact frequently with customers and/or functional peer group managers. May interact with senior management; frequently interact with middle management and individual contributor groups._

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

- _ Bachelor´s Degree in Computer Science or similar._
- _ In-site position._
- _ Project management experience._
- _ Experience with Enterprise systems like MES (Manufacturing execution Systems) and/or SCADA, infrastructure, implementations._
- _ Knowledge of information security (cybersecurity)._
- _ Intermediate - advanced English._
- _ IT-related manufacturing processes._
- _ Strong communication and interpersonal skills._
- _ Strong negotiation, issue and conflict resolution skills._
- _ Planning, Scheduling, Tracking, and status reporting of deliverables and milestones._
- _ Occasionally traveling to different sites (10% at most)_
- _ (Not mandatory) Leadership experience within projects._
- _ (Not mandatory) Microsoft Project and/or Visio knowledge._
- _ (Not mandatory) Experience with processes improvements._
- _ (Not mandatory) Ability to independently set direction and own resolution._
