Nu-B has since experienced continued growth and now distributes its products throughout Canada and the United States.The quality of its products, our collective environment and our food safety are at the heart of Nu-B’s priorities and values, we maintain a clean, safe and state of the art workplace at the cutting edge of technology. nu-b has been certified Safe Quality Food (SQF) since 2014.**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:- Supports the operations management team and serves internal customers.- Prepare presentations, documents, letters and other communication tools for the internal stakeholders.- Ensure offices and reception is maintained, functioning well, orderly, and office supplies stocked.- Maintains HR files, accounting files, and other documentation, and answers all requests for administrative support from internal customers.- Ensures compliance with the company's health and safety rules as well as standards and procedures in regards with SQF certification- Execute any other required tasks**Qualifications**:- Minimum 2 years of relatable experience required- Completion of a post secondary degree an asset**Salary**:$55 000 - $65 000 / annual salary**Bonus**:Potential bonus of up to 15% gross salary**Benefits**:- Group insurance plan including life, long term disability, medical and dental.- RRSP matching**Job Type**: Full-time permanent, minimum 35 hours per week**Language**:At least intermediate French or English is required.**Job Location**: Vaudreuil-Dorion, Quebec J7V 5V5**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: $702,904.40 - $830,705.20 per yearWork Location: In person
