Job Requisition ID #- 24WD82568Position OverviewAre you interested in building the design and delivery of compensation programs? As LATAM Compensation Analyst, you will use you be the lead compensation support for the LATAM region and partner across the compensation team compensation including completing data analysis, market pricing and other compensation programs.Responsibilities-- Integrate insights from the Business and Regionally aligned comp partners to produce ranges that reflect our talent strategies- Manage participation in compensation surveys to collect and analyze results to ensure company's competitive position- Prepare and deliver presentations to Comp Partners and other key stakeholders that identify issues, including tactical and strategic pay recommendations and/or solutions- Support business-aligned Compensation partners with analytics and insight, providing direct consultation to their clients when appropriate- Interpret trends, forecasts, and economic factors to establish funding recommendations for various pay programs- Participate in the successful completion of the annual compensation cycle, which includes the delivery of promotions, base pay adjustments and incentives- Exercise judgment in selecting techniques and evaluation criteria in completing analysis and developing solutions/recommendations- Work independently or as part of a cross-functional team to prepare analyses and recommendationsMinimum Qualifications- 7+ years experience providing global benchmark analysis as an internal employee- Expert knowledge in market pricing and how that connects to job leveling- Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment,- Ability to influence, problem solve, and successfully collaborate and communicate with stakeholders of various levels- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and commitment to accuracy- Strong project management and follow through- Ability to work asynchronously and with overlap to US time zones- Excellent attention to detail, confidentiality, time management, organization, decision-making, and planning skills- Expertise in costing analysis, statistical analysis, and modeling- Expertise in Excel & PowerPoint- Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneouslyPreferred Qualifications- Broad compensation experience- Workday experience- Expertise in the LATAM talent marketLI-ML2Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk Amazing things are created every day with our software - from the greenest buildings and cleanest cars to the smartest factories and biggest hit movies.
