1+ years of human resources experience- 1+ years of customer service experience- Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or a related field, or High school or equivalent diploma and 1+ years of case management experience- Intermediate to advanced English communicaionThe Sr. HR Assistant is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides Human Resources support to our Fulfillment Center Associates. The role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement. #AmazonMexicoKey job responsibilities- As a Sr. HR Assistant you will be responsible to ensure data integrity in our HR Information Systems and for the daily maintenance regarding updates in employees information, benefits enrollments and issuing time cards, and other administrative tasks related to HR topics.- You will act as an HR advisor providing guidance on payroll, benefits, associates’ scheduling, and other inquiries etc.- Attendance tracking: you will partner with site managers to ensure the correct schedule pattern and crew sheets of associates.- Support recruiting and safety departments with new hire orientation, safety talks, interview loops and badging process management.- Responsible for the tracking of HR metrics (Attendance, Attrition, Overtime, and other internal metrics). Collaborate with internal teams to build and improve internal dashboards that provide visibility business leaders.- Management, tracking and reporting of monthly budget to HR and Finance leaders.Mexico City, DIF, MEX- 2+ years of human resources functions experience- Knowledge of HRIS or Applicant Tracking Systems are preferred- Experience with Payroll Systems, HRIS
