We are looking for a NPI Sample Coordinator and Planner to join our team helping to manag and coordinating the sample development and approval process during the new product introduction phase. They work closely with cross-functional teams, such as product development, design, manufacturing, Engineering,and quality control, to ensure that samples meet the required standards and are ready for production.**Job Content**In this position, you will be providing support to Process Engineering Manager- Track and organize samples throughout the development and approval process. This includes receiving, cataloging, and distributing samples to appropriate stakeholders for review and feedback- Create and maintain a timeline for sample development, ensuring that samples are produced and delivered according to the project schedule.The NPI planner coordinates with internal teams and external suppliers to expedite sample production when necessary- Work with the quality control team to ensure that samples meet established quality standards and specifications. The NPI planner may facilitates sample testing and inspections to identify any issues early in the development process- They act as a liaison between different departments and external suppliers to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the sample approval process. Sample Coordinator may also collaborates with suppliers to source and develop new materials for samples- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sample status, approvals, and feedback.
