We are looking for a Quality Compliance Coordinator to join our team helping to coordinate and assist in quality activities related to the New Product Introduction (NPI), Supplier evaluation, and Customer related issues and complaints. This position will impact the following areas:NPI - Creation, storing and updating of customer specifications following Documented Information Policy.Supplier Evaluation - Ability to assess a suppliers quality performance utilizing the ISO 9001 standard.Customer related compliance documentation.**Job Content**In this position, you will be providing support to Customer Quality Manager.- Develop customer specifications (fabrics) that comprise of some characteristics.- Maintain, Archive, and Distribute customer specifications within the organization (covers and fabrics), including updated revisions following BDNA Document Control Policy.- Approve and redistribute any specifications revisions due to engineering change orders.- Certification Profiles- Report data to customer in customer formats to NPI Engineer via Propel. Report any data errors and elevate any concerns/issue to NPI Engineer via Propel.- Maintain and distribute Certificates of Analysis COA’s for external customers and Technical Cards for Latin American customers via SAP system.- Make available collection of compliance, regulatory and specification documentation as needed for the completion of customer PPAP.- Prepare and submit/coordinate any external/internal testing requirements as requested related to compliance and/or regulatory requests. Manage records results and communicate via Propel on those results.- Assist the Customer Quality Manager to develop training materials and support systems.**Profile**- University degree.- A minimum of 2 to 5 years of leadership experience in a related field is required, with engineering experience a plus.- Affinity for working in an international context.- Experience in the têxtile industry is desirable.- English speaking.- Knowledge and implementation of ISO9001:2015.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.**Our Offer**You will have the opportunity to learn and build experience and further expand your skills in a highly dynamic team.We offer you a job in an agile and international working environment where entrepreneurship and creativity are valued.You will receive an attractive salary package according to your experience topped with fringe benefits.Are you Interested?Apply**Interested?**:Please apply, we are looking forward to hear from you**Nayeli Hernández, HR Specialist
