The Operations Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of freight, coordinating closely with our senior sales team members.**Why Choose Trans-Pro?**- **Professional Growth**:We provide training and opportunities for professional development.- **Dynamic Environment**:Join a fast-paced and supportive team dedicated to operational excellence.- **Impactful Work**:Play a key role in ensuring our clients receive top-notch logistics services.**Responsibilities include**:- Assist a senior member of our sales team by coordinating and executing freight movement according to client needs.- Create and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating with shippers and carriers to secure optimal terms.- Monitor the status of shipments from pickup to delivery, ensuring timely updates and issue resolution.- Prepare all necessary shipping documentation accurately and promptly.- Maintain effective and professional communication with clients and carriers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.- Ensure accurate and timely entry of data into our systems.**What We Offer**:- Salary between $1,250 and $1,500 depending on experience.- This is a full-time, on-site position.- Comprehensive Benefits includes a monthly bonus based on company performance.- Enjoy a casual dress code, team-building activities, and ongoing training opportunities.**Requirements**:- Must be based in Cancun, Mexico.- High school diploma required; a college or university degree in a relevant field is preferred.- Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
