By deploying technology and providing operational efficiencies, PURE enhances resident and investor experiences.We’re looking for a Product Assistant to support the product team in activities related to product onboarding like data validation and account configuration.For this role, responsibilities will include:- Create and manage spreadsheet data and assist with data entry.- Validate data against different software records/reports.- Investigate discrepancies with different teams and document findings.- Monitor, track, and manage configurations for user accounts.- Organize data from various projects and keep records updated.- Assist with initiatives to help drive successful product onboarding.Your BackgroundMinimum qualifications:- Experience with Appfolio PMS (experience with more than 1 PMS would be nice to have)- Knowledge of Excel/Google sheets.- Good written communication skills.- Detail oriented.- Organized with time management skills.- Sense of ownership and pride in performance and its influence on the success of the team.**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractApplication Question(s):- Are you based in Mexico?**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)Work Location: Remote
