As a Sourcing Recruiter, you will cultivate talent sourcing channels, develop relationships with hiring managers, and close searches against tight deadlines. In this role, you will be responsible for talent attraction strategies and utilize your experience setting benchmarks and metrics.This role will be based five days per week in our regional office in Mexico City, Mexico.Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers. We care about your career growth and strive to assign projects based on what will help each team member develop into a better-rounded professional.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor’s Degree required- 3+ year of corporate and or search firm recruiting experience including sourcing or full life cycle recruiting.- 3+ year of experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools.- 3+ year of experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.- Fluent Spanish and Advanced English skills.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Strong communication skills, organizational and client management skills.- Passion for and proven success creating and implementing successful diversity strategies.- Ability to build and develop strong sourcing strategies through the use of various recruiting channels/platforms
