In this position, you will work for MacDermid de México (a business unit of Element solutions Inc *NYSE:ESI).**What will you be doing?**:Plan, control, manage and verify the activities for the timely supply of raw materials, materials, parts, machinery, equipment, services and other supplies required by the company for its operation. Coordinate the activities of his function with those of the different operating departments in order to fulfill the respective tasks within the deadlines, conditions of quantity, cost, quality, safety and other established terms and thus assist in the continuous improvement, compliance with policies and achievement of the objectives of the organization.Periodically updates and evaluates supplier information, promotes good relations with suppliers and authorities related to the activities of the area, faithfully observes the established purchasing policies, carries out the import and export processes of the company.**Who are You?**:- Industrial Engineering, Chemistry or related field/ Bachelor's degree in International Business, Administration or similar.- Desirable postgraduate degree in Sourcing, Planning, Logistics and/or Supply Chain.**What competencies will you need?**:- Minimum 3 to 5 years supervising purchasing and foreign trade departments.- Management of chemical product suppliers, national and international purchases, exports and imports, customs procedures, inventory control, preparation of production budgets, forecasts.- Internal and external customer orientation, results oriented, team management.**We are Offering...**:- 30-day Christmas bonus.- Vacation bonus of 90%.- Life insurance- Major medical expenses insurance.- Grocery vouchers of 11.3% of monthly salary.- Restaurant vouchers of 800 pesos per month.- Savings fund of 13% with legal cap.Teamwork - At Element Solutions Inc, you will be part of a highly collaborative culture that promotes coninuos improvement through cross functional partenerships to achieve our mission.
