Descripción y detalle de las actividades- The Art Glass/Tile Demand Planner/Coordinator is responsible to Ensure the Company’s Operations are Timely, Efficient, and cost Effective. Will Assist in all Demand Planning Duties Including Estimating future Product Demand, Analyzing Inventory Flow, and Developing Forecast Models.- Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and Business strategies.- Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner- Attend Weekly meetings with Sales by Teams Meeting to provide update re-schedules for sell orders.- Review Sales Orders prioritization (LT, Service, Project, revenue)- Follow up of orders reviewed with sales on production- Support Management with Risk Assessments and Mitigation activities.- Successfully communicate forecast and Inventory estimations for Management.- Propose and Implement solutions to Improve demand Forecast accuracy.- Attend to Production meetings to provide support on any constrain regarding Sales orders.- Engage team effort to support and execute Shipping schedules.- Develop Effective Forecast Models Based on Industry trends and Demand Patterns.- Conduct Monthly Forecast MaintenanceExperiência y requisitos- Experienced in large- and small-scale project Team Business Units.- Solid Understanding of inventory Management Practices and procedures- Capability to Multitask in a fast-paced environment.- Ability to interface with management, including senior level management.- Acts in establishing business relationships with managers of functional areas and or business units.- Good communication skills with internal team members and other business unit Associates- Provides Guidelines and leadership Skills.- Excellent written and Verbal communication skills to convey both technical and non-technical concepts to a wide audience.- May be required to provide short term solutions as well as provide vision for longer term solutions.- Establish and conduct appropriate training.- Bachelor's degree in Administration or EngineeringBeneficios- Beneficios de acuerdo a la LFT-- **Número de vacantes** 1- ** Área** Planeación- ** Contrato** Permanente- ** Modalidad** Presencial- ** Turno** Diurno- ** Jornada** Tiempo Completo-- **Horario**- 7:00 a.m. a 5:06 p.m.-- **Estudios** Carrera con título profesional- ** Disponibilidad p. viajar** Si
