Ven y se parte de nuestro equipo de **SL MEX SLP,**Somos una empresa del sector automotriz con más de 70 años de experiência, globalmente reconocida con más de 29 plantas en diferentes partes del mundo (Corea, China, Brasil, India, Estados Unidos, Alemania, Polonia y próximamente en México) proveedores de KIA, Hyundai, BMW y GM.Dentro de tus actividades serás responsable de gestionar las actividades específicas del programa requeridas para la introducción de nuevos proyectos en la planta.**Funciones principales**:- Gestionar el alcance, costo y el calendario de nuevos proyectos.- Coordinar todas las actividades de ingeniería de fabricación e ingeniería de calidad para nuevos programas.- Proporcionar soporte para la resolución de problemas a las líneas de producción.- Apoyar la implementación de Lean Manufacturing, eventos Kaizen y actividades VA/VE.- Coordinar la industrialización de herramientas en la operación de la planta.- Dar seguimiento a las órdenes de compra de componentes, herramientas y equipos de producción.- Programar y dar seguimiento al muestreo temprano para solicitudes y validación de los clientes.- Coordinar las actividades de APQP con el equipo multifuncional y proporcionar actualizaciones frecuentes.- Brindar soporte al área de preproducción y proveedores externos según sea necesario.**Competencias**:- Conocimiento profundo de sistemas/herramientas de medición (CMM, comparador, calibradores, micrómetros, etc.)- Excelentes habilidades en Excel, PowerPoint y computación en general.- Conocimiento del esquema de requisitos PPAP.- Capacidad para navegar en un programa de dibujo/CAD.- Excelente uso del software CATIA.- Amplio conocimiento de los sistemas y procedimientos de Calidad.- Capacidad de trabajar bien en un ambiente de equipo y/o de forma independiente.- Conocimiento y comprensión de las metodologías de resolución de problemas o análisis de causa.- Capacidad para liderar y dirigir iniciativas de Calidad.**Requisitos**:- 5 años como ingeniero de proyectos en el sector automotriz y/o de iluminación.- Ingeniería Mecánica o a fin (Titulado).- Inglés avanzado.**Ofrecemos**:- Salario competitivo- Prestaciones superiores a la ley- Vales de despensa- Fondo de ahorro- Seguro de vidaTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $25,000.00 - $35,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Caja de ahorro- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro dental- Servicio de comedor con descuento- Vales de despensaTipo de jornada:- Turno de 8 horasLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
