We aim to be where the growth is, enabling businesses to thrive and economies to prosper, and, ultimately, helping people to fulfil their hopes and realise their ambitions.We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Business Operation ManagerRequirementsPrincipal Responsabilities:- Ensure compliance of both general and anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist financing (AML/ATF) compliance controls as well as operational risk controls and optimize relations with regulators by addressing any issues.- To abide business risk and control management policy by containing Information risk in conjunction with relevant compliance Department. The term compliance embraces all relevant laws, rules and codes with which the business has to apply.- Maintains internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators.**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree or with equivalent industry/functional experience- Knowledge in Qlikview, Excel, MS Word and Lotus Notes- Excellent Communication skills in English - written and verbal- Ability to balance quality and quantity (volumes) with primary focus on quality.- At least 5 years of experience working for AML/KYC teams.You’ll achieve more when you join HSBC.At HSBC we offer our colleagues a greater number of days so that they can fully enjoy their wedding, take care of the new member of the family, or grieve the loss of a family member.
