We're looking for a high-energy, results-driven **Overland Sales Manager** to lead business development for our overland product nationwide.**What You'll Be Doing**- **Atract and secure new clients** for our domestic overland transportation services.- **Conduct market research** to identify trends, competitive pricing, and new opportu-nities.- **Design and execute go-to-market strategies (GTMS)** that drive brand awareness and client acquisition.**-Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships** with prospects, existing clients, and key accounts.**-Meet and exceed sales targets** aligned with your assigned budget and KPIs.**-Negotiate contracts and close deals**, using your market insight and consultative sales skills.**-Maintain a healthy sales pipeline**, providing regular reports and forecasts to leadership.**-Work cross-functionally** with operations and pricing teams to create competitive and executable proposals.**What We’re Looking For**- Minimum **3 years of experience in logistics sales**, with a strong focus on overland/ground transportation.- **Active client portfolio** in sectors such as manufacturing, retail, automotive, or related industries.- Proven ability to **develop new business and close high-value deals**.- Solid understanding of the **Mexican overland freight market** - routes, pricing, carriers, and competition.- Excellent **negotiation, communication, and relationship-building** skills.- High level of self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset.- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).- Willingness to travel nationwide as needed.**What We Offer**- Competitive base salary + commission structure- Career growth in a rapidly expanding logistics company- A collaborative, high-performance cultureTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSueldo: A partir de $35,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Caja de ahorro- Descuentos y precios preferenciales- Estacionamiento de la empresa- Programa de referidos- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Teléfono de la empresa- Uniformes gratuitos- Vales de despensaPago complementario:- Bono trimestralTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿Cuentas con cartera de clientes activa?Escolaridad:- Licenciatura terminada (Obligatorio)Experiência:- ventas: 3 años (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
