**CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST (Hybrid)**

**YOUR TASKS**

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class operational account management to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while achieving revenue and profitability targets. You will manage a select portfolio of customers, fostering long-term relationships and driving customer development to ensure optimal market penetration.
- Develop, implement and define customer-specific measures, targets and strategic initiatives to ensure consistent tracking and achievement.
- Prepare, deliver, and follow up on commercial offers; support pricing negotiations and new program approvals in alignment with the local sales manager.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders across various levels to promote Hella’s products, services, and campaigns.
- Escalate customer concerns promptly and effectively within the organization.
- Represent Hella at customer-related events, including trade shows and garage events.
- Regularly identify and pursue growth opportunities within the assigned customer base.
- Comply with safety and environmental standards relevant to the role.

**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Between 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Customer Service, ideally within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- Proven ability to build and sustain long-term customer relationships.
- Intermediate to advanced level of English.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strategic mindset with attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
