Requisition ID: 27339- Job Location(s): Apodaca, MXDanfoss is looking for an experienced Logistics professional to lead the Inbound and Outbound activities based in Apodaca, NL. The position is responsible for leading a world class manufacturing with focus on our customers needs in terms of innovation, flexibility, capacity and cost. Continuously develops and improves the supplier base. Secures materials to the factory at the right time, quantity and cost. Leads and develops the inbound team members and cooperates with internal and external partner to secure a professional and excellent supply chain.**Responsibilities**:Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following.- Lead Inbound, Production Planning and Outbound activities- Participating in developing the Inbound strategy global and local.- Responsible for driving the development for the inbound supplier category in all logistics terms. Responsible for logistics SLA agreements.- Work cross functional, focus on establishing a close cooperation between you and your counterpart on other SY factories to secure alignment.- Drive cost down activities in all logistics aspects- Leading, developing and securing the right competences in the team.**Background & Skills**:- Ability to work in a team environment- Project management skills (Ability to Manage Multiple Project Simultaneously)- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.- Time management and organization skills.- Ability to negotiate and prioritize.- Self-motivated and teamwork oriented.- Fluent in English and Spanish- SAP, PP&MM modules- 5-8 years experience in logistics- Lean manufacturing experience- Be able to deal with a high pressure environment**Danfoss - Engineering Tomorrow**:At Danfoss, we are engineering solutions that allow the world to use resources in smarter ways - driving the sustainable transformation of tomorrow.
