Recopila y analiza datos para generar información para los envíos de Patient Access que conjuntamente crean valor para los clientes, los pacientes y Novartis.**About the Role**:**Key Responsibilities**:- Analyse the global access information to build, implement, and communicate value strategies with internal and external partners- Assess access challenges and opportunities in Mexico and strategically plan/build/interpret technical data to create the Access & Policy Strategy- Identify access barriers in patient pathway- Map national and institutional funding flows, bodies and processes- Analyze and build differentiated clinical and economic value propositions reflecting current and future market dynamics- Develop, the local pricing strategies with Pricing and TAs teams to realize optimum value (e.g. time to market access, competitors and future indications). Creation of flexible, innovative pricing and contracting strategies- Develop highly customized, coordinated patient-support services to reach and optimize outcomes- Supervise de tactical plan and understands key metrics and trends that impact market access success in the short- and long-term**Essential Requirements**:- 5+ years experience in strategic access roles within the pharmaceutical industry- Public Affairs and launch experience is highly desired- English & Spanish fluent- Strong verbal and written communication- Expertise on pricing and reimbursement processes- Numerical ability- Result focus with high integrity**Why Novartis?**Helping people with disease and their families takes more than innovative science.
