**Meet our Team**IT Service Management Team works closely with all IT Teams to understand and solve the issues faced by our Customers. We collaborate as a Team and cross-functionally to ensure the success of our Users; success that is celebrated and shared. We are responsible for IT processes thanks to which the work of other IT Teams is easier and more structured.**What you'll be doing**As an IT Asset Manager, you will be responsible for the tracking of Hitachi Vantara's hardware (and eventually software) asset inventory. This will require working with Desktop Engineering, Desktop Operations, the Service Desk, our CMDB Manager, and procurement teams globally to increase efficiency, improve End User experience, enhance inventory management processes, and reduce waste by making the best use of IT assets at the company's disposal.**What you bring to the team**- Strong knowledge of IT hardware and software and knowledge of ServiceNow- Strong knowledge of IT Service Management processes, as well as experience with Discovery tool- The aptitude to identify key players and build relationships with them ensuring their cooperation required to fulfil your tasks- Strong ability to carry out assigned tasks independently with little supervision**Our Company**Our people are our biggest asset, they drive our innovation advantage and we strive to offer a flexible and collaborative workplace where they can thrive.
