The Quality Technician will be responsible for support the business unit in KPI’s reduction projects, maintain the system and ISO documents,This position will provide support to ensure and maintain the quality system as well as assist in its strengthening with a focus on monitoring and continuous improvement activities.**Responsibilities**:Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.SCRAP/ External PPMS Reduction- Follow-up on QRQC focused on SCRAP/PPMS reduction- Develop SCRAP management process for daily maintenance and update of the indicator.- Develop and supervise SCRAP capture operator and create instructions to ensure correct SCRAP handling and recording.- Analysis and creation of PPMS reduction processISO TS system- Regular audits to ISO TS files and documents (CP)- Collaboration to update documents- Maintenance of calibration plan for gauges and measuring instrumentsComplain Handling Time- Receive and record customer complaints- Perform preliminary analysis of customer complaints and send to the laboratory.- Root cause analysis support**Background & Skills**:- Minimum of an AA degree or equivalent from Technical School and 6 months related experience on Danfoss products- Desire for 4-year degree in Industrial Technology, Industrial Engineering, Mfg.
