Our team is united by the vision that is powering us to create the most efficient use of transport for a sustainable world.We are looking for a motivated **Junior Warehouse Operations Specialist** to join our team. This role combines hands-on warehouse operations with customer support, ensuring smooth processes and excellent client communication, particularly in urgent situations.**Responsibilities**- Oversee daily warehouse activities, including picking, packing, and dispatching goods, as well as unloading deliveries.- Register incoming shipments, maintain stock records, and manage product reception, storage, and dispatch.- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely product supply and shipment.- Prepare reports and analyze warehouse performance indicators.- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to product warranties.- Inspect returned devices using specialized tools to assess warranty eligibility.**Requirements**:- A minimum associate degree is required, with a bachelor’s degree preferred.- At least 1 year of experience in warehouse operations is beneficial.- Ability to explain technical details to both technical and non-technical individuals.- Strong organizational skills to independently manage daily tasks, including packing products, organizing shipments, and maintaining accurate records.- Fluent in Spanish and English to support international communication.- Attention to detail for accurate order retrieval by quantity, size, and other specifics.- Flexibility and openness to change.- Excellent verbal communication skills.- Physical ability to lift, carry, and move goods efficiently in a warehouse environment as required by job tasks.- Proficiency in basic computer or hand-held device operations.**What We Offer**- Modern working methods and industry-leading practices.- Exposure to cutting-edge IT products in an international market.- Opportunities for ongoing personal and professional development.- A collaborative and friendly team for problem-solving and knowledge sharing.**Work Schedule**- **Schedule**: 6 days per week, Monday to Saturday.Pay: $22,000.00 - $28,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
