**Responsibilities**
- Interaction with customers to process their shipments accurately and in a timely fashion, related to any warehouse operation and especially to US customs procedures.
- Management of in-bond shipments, securement, and segregation. Document control to prevent fines.
- Support warehouse operations related to customer needs, including inventory visibility, count accuracy, and control documentation.
- Control and Management of FTZ operations including reporting and system.
- Inventory update for activity inside of FTZ. Control of other permitted activities related to the product: assembled, cleaned, manipulated, relabeled, repackaged, repaired, and destroyed.
- Support in a warehouse for in-gate and out-gate merchandise deliveries or shipments.

**Qualifications**
- Engineering or Logistics or Customs Bachelor preferable
- Experience in US FTZ Customs Procedures
- Experience with Inventories and Warehouse Management Systems
- Knowledge of Tariff Classification is a plus.
- Knowledge of customs and tariff laws, codes, and regimes (Imports and Exports)

- Experience in the maquiladora industry is a plus.
- English 90% (Indispensable)
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma / Kaizen processes (Desirable)
- Ample experience using Office including Excel, PPS, Word.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Software or Enterprise Resource Planning Software.
