Through a respectful, inclusive and collaborative culture, a career at Flex offers the opportunity to make a difference, invest in your career growth and join our purpose - to make great products that create value and improve people’s lives.Job Summary- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add _a_ Senior NPI_- Product Engineer_- located in _- Guadalajara, North Campus_- ._- Reporting to the Product Engineer, _- Sr_- _- NPI_- _- Product Engineer_ ro_le involves_ r_esponsible for receiving, analyze, clean, and customize all technical _- information/documentation_- from the customer related to his product, derived from a New Product Introduction (NPI) or a design change to establish all necessary processes to manufacture it by maintaining its design and performance integrity._What a typical day looks like:- _ BOM's Management and Implementation._- _ Engineering Change Management and Implementation._- _ Definition of Manufacturing Process Routes._- _ Technical Support to CFTs (Customer Work Teams)._- _ Management and Control of Drawings and Product Specifications._- _ Leading work meetings._- _ Support production by assessing product engineering issues of diverse scope that arise on production line._- _ Interact with customer and various departments on product related issues - engineering changes, new model development._- _ Suggest modification to work instructions, material or product changes to ensure superior quality of products._- _ Participate to cost reduction activities in areas like material, inventory, and scrap reduction._- _ Provide training to the debug technicians and develop better understanding of the product._The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- _ BA/BS or equivalent work experience._- _ Experience in similar position in electronic manufacturing environment._- _ Expertise in NPI_- _ Experience in Product Lifecycle systems (Agile, Arena, Procom) and MRP System (SAP, Baan)._- _ Advanced English communication skills (verbal and written)_- _ Experience using Floor shop systems._- _ Knowledge in personnel management experience in ECO´s implementation_- _ Knowledge in creating and reading BOMs._- _ Leadership - Work team management experience._What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary.- Life & Medical insurance.- Christmas Bonus.- Food Coupons.- Saving Fund.GM101Job CategoryProduction Engineering
