If you love challenges, want to experience development opportunities unrestrained, and want recognition that pays off, then you've come to the right place with Lear.We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as **Quality Coordinator**, based in **Torres Plant, Ciudad Juarez, Mexico**_ _(E-Systems Division).As a Quality Coordinator you will have the opportunity to provide the right leadership to support operations and functional teams to Get Results the Right Way to reporting Quality Manager.**Your Task will be**- Support and developing of the customer’s Quality control requirements.- Collaborate in the Quality intern audits- APQP documentation and information support- Customer’s specific and intern informs about the Quality- IATF 16949 system management- Maintain the actual production control and develop the Poke-Yokes processes**To be successful in this role you will need**:- Bachelor's/Engineering degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.- 3 years of experience or more in the areas of engineering, quality, or manufacturing.- IATF 16949, APQP Processes knowledge and Core Tools Training.- English proficient.- Willingness to travel.- Capacity of analysis, communication and organizational skills, strictness in achieving goals/ deadlines, synthesis, decision abilities, problem solving skills.Puesto: Calidad**Información Adicional**- Tipo de contrato: Permanente- Salario: Negociable- Pais: MEXICO- Estado o Region: Chihuahua- Ciudad: Ciudad Juarez
