Business Process Coodinator

**What you will do?**- KPIs Management (Ensure delivery of data, tracking, results, lessons learned, aligned to local and Global metrics- quantitative and qualitative)- Responsibilities of Internal Control, audit execution, identifying opportunity areas and developing action plans and lessons learned to share with the team- Budget execution, structural costs management and create reports in monthly bases- Actively Identify opportunities in the operation processes/workflows and take advantage of analytics to implement improvements solutions- Quality assure analysis and support and develop the analytical skills of individual team members and the wider team- Use analysis to produce fresh, cutting-edge insight, both for projects and process.- Promote the continuous improvement in all the activities or processes to be developed.- Execute activities on time to deliver quality service to the function, internal and external customers.- Keep continuous communication with stakeholders.- Maintain and improve KPI integrity.- Ensure delivery of services attributed to his/her responsibility under Global metrics stablished - quantitative and qualitative.- Deal with confidential employee information in the day-by-day activities**Responsibilities**:This role will be responsible of business objectives execution on aspects of transformation and operations, at the business unit level and globally. This role will work largely within existing partnerships and networks to deliver pre-defined business objectives, budget execution, business processes compliance, development of training strategy and collaborate with suppliers or internal partners.
