We are now looking for an ambitious, sharp, and proactive Influencer Marketing Specialist who wants to scale influencer and affiliate marketing to the next level—especially across TikTok Shop, Instagram, and affiliate-driven platforms like LTK.

Job Overview

We're hiring a full-time Influencer Marketing Specialist who deeply understands U.S. culture, social media trends, and conversion-driven influencer strategy. This role is not slow, repetitive, or passive—you will move fast, execute daily, and help build a revenue engine through influencers, TikTok Shop affiliates, and community engagement.

This role requires someone who is:

  • Comfortable working with gifting-only or zero-budget influencer strategies
  • Able to identify influencers who convert, not just post

This position offers ownership, responsibility, and long-term growth into a leadership role.

Key ResponsibilitiesInfluencer & Affiliate Growth

  • Build and scale TikTok Shop affiliate partnerships with high-converting creators.
  • Recruit creators through TikTok, Instagram, and affiliate networks (LTK, Amazon, TikTok Shop).
  • Identify new influencer niches that drive strong ROI.
  • Move influencers from gifting → repeat posting → affiliate commissions.
  • Maintain daily relationship-building and top-of-mind presence with creators.

Engagement & Community Presence

  • Spend 25%–30% of your time actively engaging with creators and followers (comments, replies, outreach).
  • Monitor emerging creators, trends, and new affiliate opportunities.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing partners through thoughtful, consistent touchpoints.

Campaign Execution & Management

  • Plan and execute influencer campaigns tied to launches, holidays, sales, and seasonal events.
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and product teams to ensure aligned messaging.
  • Manage content calendars, gifting coordination, and follow-ups.

Performance Tracking & Analytics

  • Create, track, and optimize KPIs such as:
  • Revenue per creator
  • Posting frequency
  • Conversion rate
  • ROI
  • TikTok Shop sales
  • Build weekly reports analyzing campaign performance.
  • Scale top performers; cut low performers quickly.
  • Maintain accurate data—no padded numbers, no inflated reporting.

Cross-Functional Support

As a lean startup, you may also support:

  • basic social media tasks
  • content or creative needs
  • community engagement
  • timelines with marketing
  • urgent launch-related projects

Required Experience & Skills

  • 2+ years in Influencer or Affiliate Marketing (preferred: fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or e-commerce).
  • Strong knowledge of TikTok Shop mechanics and best practices.
  • Proven experience generating sales through gifting-only campaigns.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. culture, digital trends, and influencer behavior.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing many moving pieces.
  • Ability to work quickly, pivot often, and thrive under pressure.
  • KPI-driven mindset and confidence working with performance metrics.

Hours

  • Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Overtime during peak seasons (BFCM, summer, and major launches)
  • As a note: this is a freelance job, we are looking for someone for a few months of helping us here.
