Lab Systems Support Engineer

** The primary responsibilities for this role will include, but are not limited to**:- Drives lab systems engineering including the development of solutions to improve lab quality, compliance, service support to enable and set up, validation systems, debug and config updates.- Drives monitoring, record keeping, and reporting for lab equipment including maintenance, service, calibration, and testing activities.- Creates and develops test plans for new features on each product and recommends improvements to enable automated scripting for testing and archiving of results.- Drives lab execution including engineering analysis, instrumentation, data analysis, and result reporting.- Resolves reported bugs and root causes issues that could impact product quality and experience.- Develops plans and cost estimates based on requirements and assesses projects to analyze risks and rewards, drive procurement of equipment and other lab materials, and development of lab infrastructure.- Ensures lab preparedness including bench setup, procurement of test equipment and other lab materials, and infrastructure requirements.- Collaborates with functional teams such as IT, security, and facilities to maintain a successful lab.- Develops and coordinates the design, development, and implementation of new ideas, process, and systems for lab improvements needed to meet program deliverables.- Willingness to breakdown complex execution into an actionable plan.- Collaborative, effective and efficient communicate to others.- Strategic thinking to be analytical and problem solving.- Solid data based analytical skills with an ability to provide a coherent summary with recommendations/decisions.- Attention to detail to formulate tactics, drive execution schedule, manage dependencies, and proactively predict/avoid issues.- Identify and remove roadblocks to enable execution to plan and schedule.- Determination to guarantee quality, drive improvements and define processes to ensure correct product decisions with consideration for cost, quality, and schedule.- Shares knowledge, ideas and information openly, and effectively promotes new ideas and influences others.- Excellent presentation skills.- Exceptional collaboration capability with key stakeholders to align and deliver deliverables.- Willingness to up level information in thorough yet concise manner as well as dive into the technical details.- Self-starter and pro-active with willingness to work independently through ambiguity and under pressure.**Qualifications**:** Minimum Qualifications**:Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position.- Basic to Intermediate English proficiency.- Must have unrestricted - permanent right to work in México.**Preferred Qualifications**:- Silicon manufacturing flow knowledge.**Inside this Business Group**:The everyday contributions of the Intel Validation Engineering (iVE) team are essential to retaining/regaining Intel's product leadership.
