PUESTO: Gerente Regional de VentasLOCALIDAD: Residencia en Monterrey o zona conurbada - Norte, Pacífico, Sur, Centro, OesteREPORTA: Gerente Nacional de VentasDEPARTMENTO: VentasALCANCE DEL PUESTO:Liderar y desarrollar el área de ventas capaces de desarrollar en plenitud sus estrategias y acciones comerciales que promuevan la aceptación y el incremento de venta de nuestras marcas, incluyendo a todas las áreas comerciales de la cadena distributiva de nuestra red actual, logrando incrementar la participación de mercado, las utilidades de la empresa y los objetivos de venta.RESPONSABILIDADES:- Gestionar las acciones necesarias para el cumplimiento de indicadores clave del área de ventas (Forecast / BP) en función del plan estratégico organizacional.- Incrementar la eficiencia de la operación atreves del análisis de oportunidades, formulando estrategias individuales para cada uno de los clientes maximizando la interacción dinámica con la red de distribuidores.- Coordinar, dirigir y controlar que las estrategias comerciales regionales se encuentren alineadas a la estrategia general de ventas y que estas se apeguen a las políticas y procedimientos corporativos.- Motivar y dirigir atreves de herramientas como coaching y mentoring con la finalidad de empoderar a la fuerza de ventas.- Desarrollar nuevos proyectos que permitan la apertura de nuevos mercados, considerando las necesidades de los clientes reales y potenciales.- Monitorear el grado de satisfacción del servicio y atención proporcionado a la red de distribuidores.PERFIL DEL PUESTOEDUCACION: Licenciatura en Mercadotecnia, Relaciones Industrial y/o Ingeniería AutomotrizDeseable Diplomado y/o Postgrado en el área Comercial, Ventas y/o Mercadotecnia.IDIOMA: Inglés Avanzado; capaz de establecer conversaciones de negocios.EXPERIENCIA: De 3 a 5 años de experiência mínima requerida en puesto Gerencia, deseable en el ramo, o mínimo 7 años en puesto nível Jefatura de Ventas.
