Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento, alcanzar metas de ventas y priorizar la satisfacción del cliente para asegurar el logro de objetivos a largo plazo, de acuerdo con las directrices de la Gerencia.**RESPONSABILIDADES**- Elaborar un plan de negocios de su zona alineado al objetivo y asegurar su cumplimiento ya sea mediante atención directa o vía distribución.- Elaborar los reportes Pronóstico y Reporte Mensual de Actividades del territorio asignado.- Dar soporte y asesoría técnica a clientes y/o representantes de ventas del Distribuidor.- Seguimiento y actualización de oportunidades en la plataforma CRM.- Desarrollar y liderar la cartera actual de clientes y proyectos abiertos considerando como prioridad las policitas de Atlas Copco, la experiência del cliente, la rentabilidad y las relaciones comerciales a largo plazo.- Prospectar y generar nuevos clientes potenciales para aumentar la cartera.**PERFIL PROFESIONAL**- Grado en Ingeniería Mecánica, Industrial, Control o campos afines.- Mínimo 5 años de experiência en Industria Manufacturera Automotriz.- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita, verbal e interpersonal en español e inglés.- Historial comprobado de logros y gestión de proyectos que involucren coordinación de equipos de trabajo, ya sean directos o indirectos.- Compresión de conceptos técnicos propios de Procesos de Manufactura, Ensamble, Control, Automatización u otras áreas relacionadas, es una ventaja.- Habilidades de trabajo en equipo que impliquen interacción con áreas de soporte en pro de un objetivo en común.- Experiência en ventas B2B para el sector Industrial, es una ventaja.**QUE PUEDE ESPERAR**Tendrá la posibilidad de ser parte de un grupo fuerte a nível global, lider en soluciones industriales y con posibilidades de proyección profesional a nível local e internacional.Ubicación: Monterrey, Mexico.**Diverse by nature and inclusive by choice**Bright ideas come from all of us.
